      Good Question. For 2016 the average price of a home in all of the Ojai Valley was $865,000. The median price of a homes was $645,000. In general you can expect to pay $500,000 to $650,000 for a standard, all American 3 bedroom, 2 bath house here in the Ojai Valley. For something nicer $650,000 to $1,000,000 will find lead you to an amazing property. If you want a home on acreage or say on the East End or in Rancho Matilija or Saddle Mountain estate you can expect to pay $1,000,000+.
